About Zinc Stearate Emulsion:
zinc stearate emulsion is mainly used to replace paper filters, super-coatings of sandpaper, sensitizers for thermal paper, release agents for rubber, and functional additives for water-based coatings. Because zinc stearate is insoluble in water, It plays a role through the dispersion of particles in the use system, so the size will directly affect the dispersion effect of the active ingredients. Water-based zinc stearate mainly uses special additives for zinc stearate, polishing paint for sandpaper, functional additives for thermal paper sensitizers, and release agents for rubber and water-based paints.

Because it is water-insoluble, it will disperse and interact with the particles in the user system. Therefore, the larger young breakthrough agent directly affects the dispersion effect of the active ingredient. The common water-based acid resin zinc acid particles have large small diameters and are difficult to disperse. It is difficult to achieve micronization of zinc stearate with technology, and zinc stearate is also a material with high emulsification difficulties. Sodium oleate is soluble in alcohol and water. Sodium acid is the main component of soaps made from olive oil and other soaps. It is also the main component of tallow soaps. It can also be made by reacting sodium hydroxide with oleic acid. Hydrophobic and hydrophilic compounds with excellent emulsification, permeability and detergents, good solubility in hot water, used as anionic surfactants and fabric waterproofing agents.

Why is sodium oleate soluble in water? Salts, basic, such as SODIUM OLEATE, are generally soluble in water. The resulting solutions contain moderate concentrations of hydroxide ions and have pH’s greater than 7.0. They react as bases to neutralize acids.
Sodium oleate in the air can be slowly oxidized coloring, make the color dark, and produce rancid. This is due to the oxidation of oleic acid which breaks the double bond to form a putrid substance, such as nonaldehyde. The incorporation of highly unsaturated acids promotes decay. Sodium oleate dissolves in 10 times as much water, bubbles, and forms a viscous liquid. The aqueous solution is alkaline, due to partial hydrolysis into insoluble acid soap and sodium hydroxide, the liquid becomes opacified. There is no hydrolysis in ethanol and it is neutral. Dissolved in about 20 times the amount of ethanol. Slightly insoluble in ether, petroleum ether and other organic solvents.

Sodium oleate reacts with metal ions other than alkali metals to form a precipitate of metal salts.Rmcplant is a trusted global Sodium Oleate supplier. Feel free to send an inquiry about the latest price of Sodium Oleate at any time.
General properties of salt, can not volatilize, in water can be completely dissociated into ions, add inorganic acid (strong acid) and can make the salt into hydroxyl acid-free out. When the hot soap liquid is cooled, it does not crystallize, and the calcium and magnesium salts contained in the hard water will generate insoluble calcium and magnesium soap precipitation.

How is Sodium Oleate Produced?
Sodium oleate is obtained by neutralizing sodium hydroxide or sodium carbonate in an ethanolic solution of oleic acid.
10g of oleic acid can be dissolved in 100mL of 95% ethanol, and then titrated with 0.5mol/L of sodium hydroxide ethanol solution, using phenolphthalein as an indicator. After reaching the equivalence point, the precipitated sodium oleate soap is filtered out. If precipitation is not precipitated, crude products can be obtained after the evaporation of ethanol and water and can be recrystallized with ethanol-diethyl ether mixed solvent.

Applications of Sodium Oleate:
Sodium oleate is one of the main ingredients of soap and sodium oleate uses as an emulsifier, sodium oleate soap. Sodium oleate is used in medicine. It is used in the treatment of cholelithiasis. Calcium Nitride Ca3N2 Powder CAS 12013-82-0

About Calcium Nitride Ca3N2 powder
In most cases, calcium nitride is usually available in large volumes. Rmcplant provides a wide range of products for hydrogen storage research, advanced fuel cells, and battery applications. Hydrogen is easily produced from renewable energy sources and is the most abundant element in the universe. Hydrogen comes from many sources, such as solid fuels, water, and renewable materials. Hydrogen is non-polluting and will form harmless water during use. Challenges related to the use of hydrogen as an energy source include the development of safe, compact, reliable, and cost-effective hydrogen storage and transmission technology. Currently, hydrogen can be stored in three forms: compressed hydrogen, liquid hydrogen, and chemical storage. High purity, submicron and Nanopowder forms can be considered. Calcium nitride is the main raw material for high-end phosphors. This phosphor is more stable, has better performance, and has better effects at high temperature and high humidity. Last but not least, calcium nitride can also be used as a chemical treatment agent, which is the key to determining the performance of water-based mud. Feel free to send an inquiry to get the latest price if you would like to buy Calcium nitride in bulk.
How is Calcium Nitride Produced?
When calcium burns in the air, it forms Ca3N2 with the oxide CaO. The distilled fibrous metallic calcium is heated to 450°C in a purified nitrogen stream, and then the metallic calcium is nitrided into calcium nitride after 3-4 hours.
Depending on the preparation temperature, the obtained calcium nitride is black at 350°C, milky white at 350 to 1150°C, or golden yellow at 1150°C or higher. It is easy to identify the calcium nitride formed because it can react with moisture or water and produce calcium hydroxide and ammonia.
Applications of Calcium Nitride
Ca3N2 can be used for obtaining reactive nitride ions, Calcium hydride (a desiccant) can be produced by heating calcium nitride with hydrogen at temperatures above 350 °C.

Potassium Stearate CAS 593-29-3

About Potassium Stearate:
Potassium Stearate is a white crystalline powder. Easily soluble in hot water, insoluble in ether, chloroform and carbon disulfide. Its aqueous solution has strong alkalinity to litmus or phenolphthalein, and its ethanol solution has weak Alka.

What we usually call soap in our lives is a mixture of fatty acid sodium obtained by saponification of various fats and oils with sodium hydroxide. These fatty acid sodium are actually a comprehensive term for sodium stearate, sodium palmitate, sodium oleate, sodium linoleate and other fatty acid sodium.

If you do not use mixed oils in saponification, but only use a single stearic acid and sodium hydroxide (commonly known as caustic soda, caustic soda), you get sodium stearate soap; if you use stearic acid and potassium hydroxide for saponification, The result is potassium stearate soap.

Compared with sodium soap, potassium soap has higher solubility and transparency, and less irritation. Feel free to send an inquiry to get the latest price if you would like to buy Potassium Stearate in bulk.
