Place the magnesium scraps in a porcelain boat or a sintered magnesia boat. The boat is installed in a porcelain tube. One end of the porcelain tube is connected to a T-shaped tube. How is Neodymium Nitride NdN Powder produced?
1. The dehydrated chloride is dissolved in methanol and electrolyzed with graphite anode (D = 12mm) and mercury cathode. How is Vanadium Nitride VN Powder produced?
A sample made of ammonium metavanadate powder and carbon powder is pre-reduced in a heating furnace, and then the final reduction is performed. The direct nitriding method of Al powder is the earliest method to prepare AlN powder. In this method, aluminum powder is heated in nitrogen. At high temperatures (800~1200℃), aluminum powder and nitrogen directly react to produce aluminum nitride powder, the reaction formula is 2Al + N2 =2AlN.
